Mirador

HAGEN
OFFICE AND BUSINESS HOUSE

The project

The Mirador is exemplary for the sensitive integration of new elements into already existing cityscapes, which have served the people of a town as orientation for decades. The stand-out feature is the round and airy front rising over two levels and capped by a head structure.
I n this way, the architecture causes reactions in the streams of pedestrians, drawing them in, and fitting perfectly into the newly-constructed ensemble of the Sparkassen-Center and the refurbished square opposite. The anchor tenant at the »Mirador« is the company Müller, running their new flagship store here since the spring of 2008.
